**The bell has just rung thirteen. Every other bed is empty. Something downstairs is holding a finger to its lips.**

You are Toby, the oldest boy at Saint Marrow's Home for Children. Lights out was at nine. Your friends have gone looking for the morning, which Marguerite swears lives at the top of the house, and the house does not want them to find it. Go up. Bring everyone back. Do not make a sound.

**SAINT MARROW'S** is a short, story-driven **pixel-art horror roguelike**. Climb four haunted floors throwing marbles at porcelain dolls, rocking horses and chalk girls. Stay brave: your NERVE drains as the house whispers, and when it runs out the whispers start walking. Die, and you wake up in the dormitory. Every time you wake, the house remembers a little more, and so do you.

**WHAT YOU DO**

- Climb four floors (dormitory, schoolroom, chapel, bell tower), each ending in a boss that talks to you.

- Throw marbles that land where you aim. Keep your NERVE up by fighting; let it hit zero and the whispers come for you.

- Send out Mister Button, your stuffed rabbit, as a decoy.

- Pick boons from 17 keepsakes (Lucky Charm, Warm Milk, Mother's Shawl...) and build a different run every time.

- Spend BUTTONS on 8 permanent upgrades and raise the difficulty once you have seen the end.

- Find 8 strange events - a swing that moves by itself, a hymn, a mirror that waves late.

**WHAT YOU FIND**

- 12 memory fragments that rewrite what you think happened here.

- Dozens of scenes that change with how often you have died, who you have beaten, and what you remember.

- Three endings. One of them is the kind you will think about for a week.
